Civil March for Aleppo - DAY 122 - Let the child play

We crossed the border with the Republic of Macedonia through the beautiful mountains of Crna Gora on April 21. It was cold but not only because of the weather. Alex, who was with us since Berlin and worked so hard with the logistics, left the March. Alex along with Anna was the best English talken person of the March and the most talented to answer to interviews. Good looking tall young German who studied history and traveled everywhere, he was an excellent representative of this crazy bench of utopists. For some human relation problems, he will not be able to reach the common goal with us. It seems we can't prevent from acting like kids sometimes, we can't totally abandon our ego in order to reach something bigger than us. This could be one of the reasons why we still have wars. Proudness and ego. This is probably what happened to Skopje and its mayor. The new part of the city gives the impression to enter a kid's room where a boy would have opened its toys chest and displayed its content everywhere in the room without any order or logic. The problem is that this little boy is the mayor of the capital of one of the poorest countries in Europe.
And this little play in this tiny room called Macedonia did cost between 200 and 500 million of euros..
To remain a child is definitively priceless,
